Wordy title alert! I wanted to be descriptive so it's quite the eyeful, earful or mouthful depending on how you see, hear, or feel the world. The last point on mouthful is actually taste but I couldn't think of a better description in this context for feel.
I've been on a decades long transformation journey. It wasn't a smooth ride & had lots of twists & turns, ups & downs, motion & stagnation. Essentially, my life has been out of a Dickens novel "it was the best of times. It was the worst of times."
Regardless of the hardships I experienced, I always managed to return to my natural state & smile. Sometimes it took much longer than others.
As you get to know me, you'll find that sharing my story candidly helps both of us. Wrapping it in a pretty package will not help you. My purpose in life is to help others, I've always been this way even as a child.

On The Other Side of Fear Is Freedom
Here's a photo that proves the point. I have a fear of heights yet I never let it stop me. I've climbed mountains, gone rock climbing, skydiving, bungie jumping...you get the picture.
I'm at the top of a mountain in the Canadian Rockies proudly holding my ice axe overhead. That ice axe genuinely saved my life, but that's a story for another day...
Transformation is a journey not a destination. But it doesn't have to take years to move beyond an issue. Baby steps count too‼️
