Rapid Transformational Therapy®
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a technique that integrates Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy
Early on you learned to navigate life through the conscious mind despite only having access to 5% of the information. The subconscious is the safe for your experiences and learnings, providing the remaining 95%. RTT® has the combination to the safe, uncovering valuable information.
RTT® addresses the root cause of issues and accelerates rewiring the brain to break free from limiting beliefs, unhealthy habits, emotional blocks, and self-sabotaging behaviors.

Havening®
Havening® is a psychosensory technique integrating neuroscience with touch to release painful memories
The name is derived from the word haven symbolizing safety. The fingers have sensory receptors and when the Havening Touch® is applied, it mimics the soothing sensation a child receives from a mother's comforting touch.
This touch is paired with healthy distractions to change the emotional and physiological response to disturbing or painful experiences. The technique has wide-ranging applications and can help reframe the meaning attached to past events.

Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you build a compassionate relationship with your inner parts, shifting from conflict to harmony by supporting healthier roles
These parts were born out of overwhelming or painful experiences. Some carry deep pain, others try to protect you from it, and some shut things down so you don't have to feel it. These patterns can feel consuming, like you're at war within. Yet each part seeks to protect you as best it can.
You're not broken. These parts are misunderstood and stuck in old roles meant for survival. When you listen rather than resist, IFS supports releasing outdated behaviors and stepping into more aligned roles.
As your system learns to trust your calm Self, the inner chaos begins to settle, allowing a return to integration and wholeness.


Hypnotherapy
During Hypnotherapy, you become more open to suggestions to change your emotions, feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and memory interpretations
Hypnotherapy uses guided hypnosis to induce a trance-like state of heightened focus and concentration. The state is similar to being fully absorbed in your thoughts, a movie, or meditation.
This supports access to the subconscious mind without the blocks that can arise when working only with the conscious mind. In this space, you can safely explore suppressed emotions and events. Healing begins when you fully feel what lies beneath and allow it to release.
